My hard floor was damaged and they took care of it without making a big deal out of it. Baypointe Apartments are top tier apartments in Newport Beach not just for the building construction, which I think is great, but the layouts are great, the staff are great, and I have windows all over my apartment but no other unit is directly facing any of them because of the really great design work when they built the place.customer service from Will Klimkofski and Elvira, Baypointe's service manager.
