“Went to this place to have a custom ring made, and due to some scheduling mishaps, I was in quite a hurry. The folks here were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with my clueless self (I had no idea what a carat was lol). We spoke at length about what I wanted, and then I gave them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered exactly that - a gorgeous ring!
