“Clean and efficient is how I describe this establishment. A plastic card is pre-loaded with whatever amount you wish to deposit. No more plunking a multitude of quarters like at many other laundromats. It is conveniently located near me...I love that. If you are like me, there is a learning curve on how to swipe the card, but you don't need a college degree, only some patience. The staff will gladly help you. There is also a clean restroom to use. *** Downside: on a hot day, you suffer doing your wash. This place is not air conditioned. Even with with the doors open you can bake bread in this place. Go early in the morning on 90 degree days or you will lose pounds unwillingly. NOTE: If you are elderly and cannot withstand hot conditions, do not go here. Find a place that is cool, has sufficient seating while you wait, and perhaps more places to have a bite to eat to kill the time. Near this place is McDonald's and a supermarket, perhaps a convenient Spanish bodega, but you do not want to cross Suffolk Avenue to get to the first two aforementioned places. Too many reckless drivers in this area. Be safe.”

“This place looks clean and they utilize a system where you may pay for your washing and drying via credit or debit card. You can download an app (that often crashes but works) or use the in-house kiosk. There is NO ONE here to help so be ready to call or email about any issues and troubleshooting. I had an issue once with the machines not registering my payment. I called and left messages plus emailed to be on the safe side. Within a few days, I was promptly refunded with no further issue. This is probably one of the best places to go and do your laundry.”
