Turns out that the toilet we had, no longer fit the new offset, after our renovation. He had to go to 2 different places to get us a new toilet and the parts to install it. When i called him it was very easy to set up time and date to fit my schedule. The guy came in on time replaced the 65 gal. gas water heater, did a really neat job(left no mess at all).
