“Called for a first time delivery on a Friday at $2.85 per gallon for the following Monday. When I called on Monday to get the time of delivery I was told between 1 and 3 and that the price was $2.75 . So they delivered 500 + gallons and charged me $ 2.85 . I called and explained this, they accused me of lying and said that no one there would have ever told me that and were extremely rude, guess I should have read reviews before using this company as this seems to be their standard operating practice. Update As you can see by the their response they are extremely rude and I did not demand the lower price and was not screaming. I informed them that I was told the price was $ 2.75 and they accused me of lying and that I was never told that at which time I did become aggravated that they would accuse me of lying instead of just apologizing for the confusion. Second Update The Owner Dave called and was very apologetic and was appreciative of my business. He seemed like a really good guy and adjusted the price.”

“Mike came as a referral for a second opinion because we didnt believe we needed a new boiler ( and couldnt afford one now either). He was very quick to diagnose our boiler problem and fix it right away. He explained why it shut down, and how it was misdiagnosed by the previous technicians that were here. “Eric installed a water heater for my clients and there has been no problem since he has done this. It was a gas fired water tank in a condo so the logistics were tight and he did the work efficiently and to this day there are no concerns and the home has hot water!!! He also did an emergency plumbing job for me so my client could close, he was expedient and right on point and we had a seamless closing. Eric will come to you immediately and make you feel like you are his only client.
