“While winterizing our house we noticed that our furnace was not working anymore. Even though its not super cold yet in New York we have an 8 month old baby and got worried. We did a Google search and saw Service Medix which showed good reviews so we called them. Their tech showed up right away and quickly repaired the furnace at what I believe to be a fair price. He was also able to help us figure out and fix a basement light that wasn’t working. Pretty awesome! Apparently they are able to do almost anything so we will call them first vs Googling in the future. Thanks Service Medix..!!!”

He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated.
