They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point!
