Tables were well-spaced -- it didnt feel too crowded. The decor was tasteful. The family atmosphere, especially with the cleanliness, was so comfortable. Service was great. “Our non-profit agency had a day camp with 23 teenagers scheduled to visit the Alley Pond Adventure Course. We were going crazy looking for a caterer in the area who would make boxed lunches and deliver them to the park. Uncle Teng's went above and beyond to ensure that we had food that everyone would enjoy and they delivered to the park. “I just left with a container of hot chicken soup and the Mount Pleasant Sandwich. When I got back to my office, the container leaked all over the front passenger seat of my car, and now it smells like chicken soup. But I'm still in a good mood because this deli checks everything off the list. It was bright and clean with all the products neatly stocked on their shelves. Everyone behind the counter was lively, friendly and efficient. Not that it's a prerequisite on any check list for a deli, but it's nice that two of the guys were really easy on the eyes. My soup was sadly without any broth, but I still enjoyed copious chunks of chicken, mixed with scrumptious bits of carrot, onion and corkscrew pasta. Winner hands down, was my Mount Pleasant roll. I love broccoli rabe and they did it justice. Paired with the grilled chicken, mozzarella and prosciutto, it made for quite the satisfying lunch. I know everyone raves about the Sandwich Spot, but Pat's really deserves a visit. They have great sandwich variety and the prepared hot foods also looked very appetizing and delicious.”
