Theadora and George the owners are usually working very hard to bring you a pleasant dining experience. The wait staff is friendly and skilled. The drinks are huge and reasonably priced. The wine selection is adequate. The menu is extensive and well prepared. Just a story: a few years back Theadora and George thought my wife and I were unable to gather with family for Easter. “Went here tonight for the prime rib special. Nice place, keep in mind it's a tavern which means a bar with a dining area. It's a nice setup, the wait staff was smiling and friendly. Some items you'd see at the local Jamaican places - jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, etc. And other stuff They let me sample the oxtail (excellent) and the okra (tender and little spicy). I went with the fried pork - its bits of cheap, fatty chunks of pork (probably street/soul food style). Not quite what I expected. But the rice and plantains were excellent. And it came with a (beet?) and potato salad that was also good. Next time I want to try the jerk chicken and the homemade beef/chicken/fish patties. Staff was extremely friendly and entertained all my questions. Give it a shot!”

The Proprietor and his wife are the kindest people and have a warm welcoming attitude that makes you want to come back for more. The Sushi is of the highest caliber, fresh, tasty and delicious.
