“I have been to multiple Tropical Smoothies on Long Island, and I've never had an experience quite like this one. I went into the Syosset location last week, and had the pleasure of being served by a staff member named Johnny. I would assume he is one of the managers, because he was in a black polo shirt. He was so knowledgeable about the food and smoothies, very friendly and professional. I always get the same thing, every time I go to Tropical Smoothie (Sunrise Sunset) and at this particular visit I wanted to switch it up. Johnny saw I was undecided, and recommenced the Detox Island Green, and I loved it!”

Don't expect just your normal burritos either, try the Fat Daddy with chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. Also, their service is top notch. However you can park In front of the building and run in to get the order, there r no restrictions for parking there but it's a main turnpike so it's pretty busy and you have to be careful getting in and out of your car. “This is a kosher dairy restaurant. They are half French and half Italian. I'm referring to the menu, not the owner. The owner looks like a Jew from Morocco. But I'm not sure about his origins. I am sure that he is very nice. We visit this place a lot. Today, we went with a party of 10. They have personal pizza pies, eggplant parmesan (my favorite), all types of pasta (not my favorite), French onion soups and a large selection of fish dishes. Like Chilean sea bass, tuna steaks, etc. This is not a fast food place.”
