“If you love great bbq food go to this place NOW! We live in monroe and had no idea this gem was 10 min from us! I mean I honestly have no words except wow ! The food was exactly what we wanted! As you know around us there's nothing but pasta and tacos to choose from so finding this place was much needed! This place offered a variety of different southern meals and each one that we ordered was packed with flavor that made you feel like you were eating a meal down south. We ordered two Mac Bowls the Mac & Pulled Pork and Mac & Chili my hubby said the pork was Juicy and tender and had so much flavor, The chili was soooo good you could definitely taste the love in it. I Definitely recommend if you grew up eating chili it will taste like home to you. My husband had The Big Brangus also and it is BIGGGG! For such a big burger it was cooked perfectly juicy and amazing flavors. The brisket adds incredible taste to the burger! I had the chicken tenders with the house rub and sweet chili. The chicken broke apart like butter!! SO SO SOOOO good it literally melted in your mouth! The flavors of the house rub on the chicken was amazing, I want to try them ALLL now lol and the sauces because the sweet chili was everything! My hubby is OBSESSED with spicy foods/ sauces, She made her own sauce called War Crime and had him try it, had him coughing lol he rarely finds things spicy so if you are a spicy lover as well then try that sauce ! we also had the jalapeno cheddar and honey butter cornbread which I have no words just so dam good! So perfectly done very moist and full of flavor like everything else and lastly I'm obsessed with corn her corn nuggets were bangingggg!! Definitely get an order of those ! All meals you can definitely share you get a lotttt. The portions are not cheap! Oh and btw all of that for less that $60!. I mean I am upset I can only give this place 5 stars because not only was the food perfect all around BUT the owner my god shes amazingggg!!! Such amazing customer service AND SHE WAS ALONE DOING ALL OF THIS 🤯!! she was alone and still had great spirit. She was an absolute pleasure and she even had dog biscuits she made herself and gave one to our little fur baby! The entire experience of Beer Pockets was out of this world! “Our first time was on Sunday around 4pm or 5pm. We were sitting towards the right. The waiter gave us the menu and first you must choose your broth. Meat and seafood are extra fees. But if you're a vegetarian, this is your spot. They offer a large variety of vegetables - enough IMO. They do not have many sauces to choose for dipping, but it is not bad at all. They also serve Taro ice cream, Chocolate ice cream and mango pudding. The waiters were attentive, refilling our water and broth. We ask for our check and the water ask us nicely if we can tip in cash. For an AYCE hot pot, it will be on our list of places to return. BTW, there’s parking in the back”

“What an amazing place to have breakfast. Absolutely loved the food and coffee. We ordered buttermilk pancakes, farmer’s skillet and one of their traditional breakfast meals. Everything was super filling and delicious, the food came with sides and they had a variety of sides to pick from. The hash browns could have been better they had no flavor. The staff was amazing and greeting everyone with smile and warm welcome. It is a 5/5 place and i will definitely visit it again!!!! Highly recommended”

“I asked my neighbor for a pizza place that delivers to Pekin, since I don't live here full time. He said Tallarico was good. So I called and ordered the Ultimate pack, a medium pizza and 10 wings. It was supposed to be $25. It turned out to be $26.39 plus $2 for an extra ingredient? I wasn't aware of the $5.09 delivery fee, such an odd amount. So with tax, it was $35.75 and I gave him a generous a 30% tip because I didn't have to go out and get it! I got a pepperoni and onion pizza and 10 mild wings. I had no idea that they don't put much sauce on. I think I was craving pizza for the vitamin C in the tomato sauce, which was very sparce as others have noted. They told me 45 minutes. He was at my door almost EXACTLY 45 minutes later! 😻 The wings were HOT but sadly, the pizza only mildly warm. 😿 I wasn't overjoyed with the amount of pepperonis but not upset either. The quantity of onions left much more to be desired. I was happy with the amount of cheese on it! I REALLY like cheese and didn't even think too make it'extra'. Thankfully, I didn't have to!🥰 Even just warm, it tasted good. Yet, I would have liked a few tablespoons more of sauce. I don't like sloppy pizza where the toppings fall off in the box, but a little extra so it's not all baked into the crust is best. The wings were great! Oh yeah, there's no substitute for true Buffalo wings! They just don't know how to make proper wings in Colorado! Deliciously crispy skin on the outside with delightfully juicy meat on the inside! You have to get the traditional boned wings here in NY! In Colorado, you get bone out because they're just glorified chicken nuggets tossed in seasoning! But I forgot, that here in NY they come with blue cheese dressing and not ranch dressing with celery and carrots on the side, as we do in Denver. My bad on that one! All in all, I enjoyed the food! I would have liked if napkins came with it. That's another east/west difference I suppose too. At least I know what to ask for on my next order!! I thought it was a little on the pricy side since it didn't comform to their posted price. They should have disclosured the odd amount delivery fee, which was going to be paid but I'd like notice that it was built in. I paid by credit card upfront so I could include the tip and not have to do it at the time of delivery. Apparently, Franco's is big in Tonawanda but I thought this pizza tasted better. Being out in Pekin, where food delivery restaurants are a little scarce, I'm happy to find a good one that has other items I'll be ordering in the future! And, if my siblings start acting like human beings, maybe I'll even invite them back to grandma's house for a pizza party!!! A certain VERY HOT place might have to have the ice blizzard of the millennia for THAT to EVER happen, however! Life's too short, order pizza instead!”

“I was here on a Tuesday night for a 90's themed trivia night. We had an awesome time. Their flight gauntlet was a great way to try all of their beers. They have a passion fruit and mango sour that I loved. They have lots of options so there is something for everyone (wheat beers, IPAs, stouts etc). My husband liked their Peanut Butter beer and Fort Orange IPA which had some citrus undertones. There was a food truck parked outside selling burgers, fries, hotdogs, fried dough and churros at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.”

“We were on a 10 day road trip of the Northeast and stopped in Buffalo after seeing Niagara. LT’s was awesome. My daughter is so picky and LOVED their garlic knots. My son said their pepperoni pizza didn’t taste like NY but like heaven. My pepperoni Stromboli was fantastic. My wife could only down half of their philly cheese steak sub. Definitely recommend. Might open a franchise in Knoxville, TN if they decide to franchise.”

“Not the first time here and it's a good local neighborhood bar. They have a ton of outdoor seating, in front, on the side and a large curb side shelter as well. Lots of craft beer on tap and full menu. Service was prompt, hostess seated us outside right away and server was right over. They brought a water dish for my dog. I did feel the mozzarella sticks were pretty skinny but I guess those are the times. Overall great place for a brew and food.”
