The original person I booked apparently is no longer taking clients (The Manager) but put my appointment with Ashley. Apparently Peter is not good with the little ones. At least he was honest. Maybe he just doesnt want to deal with a small figety puppy. My 5lb dog is definitely calm though. So let's see how it goes. This is a 2-part review on the services and pricing. Ashley did a phenomenal job and actually paid attention to my request. Total came out to $73.00. Tipped her in cash. The cashier asked if I wanted to tip again. The groomers here are great and are very educated. Now about location. This place is in a busy mall right off LIE. Place is busy and clean. Mostly Asian workers. The inside is fully stocked and does not smell like a dog. I'm definitely coming back. Also always asked for them to do gland expression.
