I have never liked rugs in the past finding them dull and boring but the ones here are truly works of art! Mr. Banilivi was extremely welcoming and gave us his full attention, showing us little details in the pieces and sharing some of his EXTENSIVE and impressive knowledge on the rugs; where they are from, how they are made, and how to identify different aspects. Going in with little to no knowledge and walking out with a love of the craft of rug making was the result! We left a down payment on a hand made Persian rug he showed us that we fell in love with and when we went back to pick it up and pay the remaining balance we fell in love with another and decided to purchase it that same day as well! I can guarantee if you don’t see one you instantly like he can help guide you to one you’ll love! They truly are beautiful art pieces. You can tell that he has kept true to his families tradition of selling rugs and the passion is still there! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more rugs as well in the future!”

Valu must be really good to their people or something because this is a rarity these days especially on a consistent basis. We have bought sheds from here, roof rakes, tiki torches, fire pits, traps, the latest was storage containers for the holidays...I have even picked up some stocking stuffers here such as Bills gloves and hats. This was my first skydiving experience and the staff made the process of training quite seamless and easy. If you're looking to go skydiving with a beautiful view and welcoming folks - stop looking and book an appointment now!! I'm happy with the overall experience and would recommend Just Jump to my friends and family. The only hitch in the experience was an unavoidable variable - the weather - which pushed the jump back into the day a bit but the staff was understanding and accommodating. Just beware if the weather is a bit off there might be a delay in your jump. By the time we set off to do our jump the weather was absolutely gorgeous and I had a great time! “So I had a dilemma with my new appliance and tried to do an exchange the next day. Everyone pretty much gave me the middle finger and said I’m out of luck. After checking with the North Greenbush Home Depot location for “better customer service,” I tried the Washington Ave Ext site. I explained the situation to the manager and this time the customer to manager interaction was a complete 360 from the last location. He listened, acknowledged my concerns and came up with a solution. His name is Jeff, a customer experience manager and the way he was ready to solve this issue, he might as well have been my lawyer for the day. He knew my rights as a customer and was ready to get on the phone and speak with the manufacturer himself. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a lengthy hold, we finally got the approval for my exchange. He made sure to get a name and also checked the computer for customer log updates on the manufacturer’s end. Not to be dramatic, but I was nearly in tears. It was a very long and stressful day, but to end it on that note was truly a victory. This is now my new Home Depot location that I will happily drive 20 mins to for all my purchases as a new homeowner. Thank you Jeff!”
