Nevertheless they can make you fresh smoothies and sandwiches as well as take some of the items that are packaged for to go and heat them up for you. The food is very healthy and it's all plant-based so thumbs up on that. I believe you can get a package of meals for the week here and if I lived nearby I probably take advantage of that. Don't come here and expect a restaurant like experience, but if you just want some healthy vegan food this is your place. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area. Amazing sandwiches. The Jon’s Choice hero is absolutely delicious! The owner is the kindest nicest person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I now go there at least once a week. We are so lucky to have such a great family owned establishment in our community. The prices are comparable to other deli’s in the area. This IS sea cliff. If you can afford to pay the exorbitant taxes you can afford a $7 BLT, especially when they put a TON of bacon on it.”

It's much more price efficient than any of the online places like Kitco, JM, etc. Dealing locally you avoid shipping and other up-charges. All the people I spoke with were friendly courteous professional - I wish I found this place sooner.”

“So I ordered a Panigale V2 from Andrew at Hudson Valley motorcycles back on May 4th. The whole time he stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. The whole process I was quite impatient but he was never rude and answered my questions through text or call within minutes. I ended up getting the bike over the weekend and I love it!! I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to get there and I would do it again to deal with them. Great customer service and great people. I also bought a helmet, jacket, and gloves from them. They gave me 10% off for getting a new bike from them. Teddy and Geech ( I think it's Spelled lol) were awesome!!! They showed me how the jacket should fit, help me pick out a helmet, talked about their riding experiences, going to the track, and all types of stuff. The service guys helped me load my bike into my truck. Really great guys. Definitely going to buy another bike from them. Worth the drive.
