“We just had our blinds installed today and we are so happy with the finished look. Johnathan was amazing- he came the day after I called for the initial consultation and sent us our quote promptly during a holiday weekend. He even came back to our condo to pick up the check for the deposit so I wouldn't have to go to the showroom with my toddler. From there the blinds were made in a week and half and a few days later they were able to schedule me for installation. Stephanie (I believe that was her name) organized temporary shades for our condo in the meantime and was super responsive to any questions I had. Such a pleasure working with them and so glad the Shade Store was so obnoxious to get a timely appt with because we ended up with NYWF and we couldn't be more pleased. Got some $35 a gram badder that was decent (not top quality but not a bad price either) and some $55 an eighth stuff (with The Lab logo on it) that rivals some of the best I've ever had. “I really like this store because if you look around closely you'll find good deals on organic items such as olive oil, yogurt, cereals, breads, flours. Some things are more expensive though. They don't have a great selection of produce per se either. You also won't be able to get all of your shopping done here because they don't carry everything on a shopping list. They do have a nice hot bar that has decent food, with seating upstairs. The workers also have always been nice so far.”

K was very helpful in helping us pick out both colors and types of edges available. Within 3 days he was able to come to our home, make the templates, and order the Quartz slab. The entire time K kept up updated with when we could expect countertop to be completely done. From start to finish it was 1week! K is extremely professional, knowledgeable and loves what he does!! Because I have an adult daughter with developmental disabilities, it isn't easy for me to get out. Richard answered my numerous emails promptly, with definite knowledge about this machine and that it would be perfect for me with my arthritic knees. Had an appointment with Richard to try it out in their store and he was professional, courteous, and never pressured. Bought it that day and set up delivery and set up in my home. Once it was here...after very professional expert assembly, I just couldn't quite figure out how to use the programs. Mike, the manager, came right out to my home and showed me step by step, answered any and all questions I had. Just a totally very positive customer experience! Each and every person I came into contact with from G&G told me not to hesitate if I had any questions. I use the elliptical 2 to 3 times each day and love it! “Purchased a Giant Contend AR from this place in July and drove from Central Jersey. Was such a personal and pleasant experience purchasing a bike from Effy. He answered the stupidest of questions patiently. Being an accomplished rider himself one can get some good riding tips too. The accessories in this shop may seem pricey but make no mistake, only the best is stocked there. If you are not local they are willing to work with you to ensure quick service. I have not bothered to look for a local bike shop for this reason. Highly recommend this place for anyone who want to take up biking seriously.”
