“We went to pick up a graduation present for my son. He wanted a hamster 🐹. After calling around and visiting a few shops we ended up here at the Valley Stream location. Our salesperson(Courtney) was amazing (5/5). She was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and made some great recommendations. Walking around the shop, receiving a care lesson all while picking up the essentials that we needed to set up our home was fun 😀. We then met a few of the hamsters. Mommy began to develop some second thoughts 😱 after the first few cages were opened but when we met Chunks(our Long Haired Syrian Hamster) she was totally on board 😁. Courtney transfered Chunks to a temporary carrier then walked him over to the check out counter and gave us a few more tips. We had an awesome experience. Overall the store was pretty clean, well stocked and the staff were friendly. 4 1/2 Stars.”

He fixed our textured walls to smooth, painted doors/walls, painted our kitchen cabinets, removed and installed new backsplash, and all of the craftsman trimwork/wainscoating in the house. The work came out amazing! It was just how I envisioned it. I will definitely be hiring Josh for some outside work on the house too. He really made sure to collaborate with me in making sure it was done exactly how we wanted it.
