They highly recommend keeping Westchester awning as our provider. They recently replaced the original with a new cover. No hard sell, they just informed us that the old one was near they end of it's use ( we could tell it was almost done) The new one is made just as well as the old one. They take customer service serious as they are old school. I had questions and concerns about the new cover and they called back quickly to answer my questions. They are in business to service the customer.”
