I complained to NoNetz and while they did not refund my money or anything, they did immediately add all this information to their website so the next person would not have the same experience. I am very impressed by how quickly they did it, and how much they actually seemed to care. They asked me a few times to check out the changes they made to their site and ask if that seemed good.
