“I had to return parts I'd ordered from the New Rochelle store but didn't have the receipt. I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it. Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it. I hope the folks at Mazda New Rochelle fully appreciate your professionalism and the content of your character.
