“Okay so I came here a few days after I got my new car and thought I would have had a hard time a new vehicle owner but to my Surprise I didn't. I ran into someone named Hugo(the manager) and I explained to him what I needed and he gave me my options and even tried to find a way around me spending money on one item. He sent me to the parts store dep't to get what I needed and when I was finished he met me outside and introduced me to Cindy just incase he wasn't there when I came in for my appointment.... The day I came in for my appointment Cindy was AMAZING! I've had customer service at places before but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have EVERYTHING done and even checked on a few other things on my car as courtesy. I wanted to just stay there and hang out with her and her crew just because of how welcomed they made me feel. Cindy gave me tips and advice and I left there knowing that if I ever needed anything done on my car I can call them and she would be there for me. I felt like I was apart of their family. “Eric and his team are true professionals. I took my 2006 Mustang into his shop to get headers, a cold air intake, a new exhaust, and an air horn installed. I also brought rear window louvers, a fuel door, lower bumper insert, cup holder insert, chrome shift handle, and tail light covers to be installed. Eric and his team installed everything I brought, while also performing an oil change and an inspection, in a very timely and and efficient manner. Eric is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff, and he'll give you a fair price. Your vehicle will be in good hands at Brooklyn Motors. He practically transformed my 2006 Mustang, and I couldn't be happier! “I’ve been going to Grand Spectacle for almost 20 years. The service is always personal, professional and has great inventory. I honestly have never been disappointed. My glasses always fit just right (and if I mess them up, Mr. Mejia always fixes them!). They are always available for you and results are immediate. They usually fix them for me on premises, but if I messed them up really bad (my dogs’ chew toys when they were younger), he lends me a pair until mine come back. Great place. Highly recommend!”

This location specifically makes an outstanding caramel frappe compared to other locations. They add caramel the right way. Other locations just add it at the top & call it a day. “I was so happy with the service. First time customer today, called for an appt. The groomer that answered the phone was very nice and upbeat. Just from her conversation I felt confident she would take care of my ?. First time customers recieve a discount (02/2019). Regular price for my 9lb Yorkie is 60 to 65 dollars. It included nails and ear cleaning with a bath. The haircut came out great. My dog smelled great. Everything was done care. Will definitely go again. Front desk employee was also very nice. The store is clean. The two employees were both great.”
