“Friends noticed on Tuesday eve. that my rear running lights were out during Spyderquest. I emailed the shop & showed up at 8:45a on Wednesday & was greeted by a young man who had already read my email & after a fee more questions, my bike was brought in & repaired very quickly! Kudos. Problem found & isolated. Shop is very clean, well stocked & that would explain that it is woman owned. This is my second shop that I visited where a woman owns the shop & is run to perfection! Kudos. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.”

“Allan and his guys were very professional and polite/courteous in our whole house move. They made sure that the furniture and houses were kept safe and clean from any damage by bringing blankets to lay down and wrapped the furniture before carrying it out. Prior to the move we spoke with Allan multiple times about big furniture pieces and strategies we would use to get it out of the basement it was in. We are still talking about how easy they made the move for us. This was the 3rd time we went with this company and will recommend them to everyone we know!”

“Sarah was outstanding in all aspects of selling my house in Ballston Lake. This was my fifth real estate transaction since 2015, my fourth since 2019, and by far the most pleasant and least stressful. I attribute this 100% to Sarah's care in listening to me and fully accommodating my needs and concerns. Her response to every process question I asked was to state her intent to make it all as easy as possible for me, and she came through with flying colors. That meant there were no last-minute surprises regarding steps I needed to take or information that was needed from me as we worked toward a remote closing. Her timely updates ensured I always understood where we were in the process and what would happen next. I also very much appreciated her checking on my house while it was empty, as I had moved out-of-state before the open house. Her valuation when we first met was realistic, and her marketing and negotiation skills ensured my goal was met. I chose Sarah based on a neighbor's success in working with her, and would recommend her to anyone.”

“I’ve been inside this treasure of a home a handful of times during the annual Victorian Stroll in downtown Troy NY, at which time it was, and may still be, open to the public. It was owned by a RPI fraternity for many years. Each room on the lower level is unique, emulating various styles of architecture from Europe’s greatest cities. The ornate woodwork, hardwood floors, marble fireplaces, grand staircases, Tiffany stained glass and other unique features make this home nothing short of breathtaking. I heard that it would cost over $20 million to build this home today. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a low valuation. A crown jewel of Troy and well worth a visit, if you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity, take it!!”

“This Is the best bookstore I've ever been to, and I have such a fond memory of it. I live in Texas, my son goes to Union College and I was visiting him and we found this place by walking around. Everything about it is perfect, the old building it's in, the books everywhere, the smell of books and every kind of book from antiques to new releases. One day my son was in class and I went to this bookstore alone and it started to rain, a downpour like magic. I spent the next couple hours relaxing in a chair, listening to it rain while flipping through books. The owner was there and he is perfect fit for building, the relaxing rain, the books. He is an older man and wore a sweater, the type you would imagine an intellect would ware, I bet he has read every book there! He himself is a library of knowledge. I talked to him, asked him if he had anything by Edward Young, author or "Night Thoughts" and we began a lovely conversation. He showed me his photo box he made for selling books online, I believe Abe books. I could of talked to him all day. He is the kind of person that if you do not meet or get to know, you doing yourself a disservice I bought some books that day for my son's 19th birthday. My son is always reading and the ones I picked out he soaked up. I have not been back to New York since then, (October 2021)but I need to. I talk to my son daily and i often bring up how that bookstore is an antidepressant. I hope it never closes, I hope the owner never dies. If you have a chance to go there, bring a flashlight for the rows are perfectly narrow and there are books everywhere, you will find at least one that will call to you”

“After a recent hospital stay my husband was in need of a new primary care physician to review all the new medications he was put on. Dr. Reifler conducted a comprehensive medical history review and updated all his medical records. He answered all our questions and asked a few of his own. We finally feel we have a primary care doctor that will provide some coordination, if necessary between all the specialists. He is "down to earth" and you can talk with him. When it came time for the flu & pneumonia shots and the nurses were busy, he gave my husband the shots, so that he wouldn't need to wait. In addition to being an excellent DO he is a personable, compassionate and sees you as a person, not a patient. He explains everything. As a bonus, the office is totally accessible and spacious. The staff welcoming and pleasant.”
