Each jacket is handmade and because of this you are told in advance the approximate production time. I was given an expected time of six weeks. My jacket arrived on time. Approximately 2 days prior to shipping, you will be sent tracking information. The quality of the jacket is top notch. Very few things are custom made in the USA anymore.
