Literally felt like I was eating food from home. The seating is a bit rough in that there isn't much of it, but just be patient with the staff and you will have a great time. “**Please turn off your headlights when sitting in the lot because wildlife can see the flashing LEDs even if you can not.** This is a great place to watch migrating waterfowl from. The Eagles are mostly active 2 hours around sunrise and sunset. Their nest is about half a mile nearly straight out from the parking lot but they come closer to feed. 8x binoculars are about the minimum 12x or more is recommended. Pictures below are my phone through 12x binoculars at about 400 feet.”
