“I contracted to rent a karaoke system from NY Karaoke Rentals and at first I thought I had made a mistake. They did not arrive at the contracted time and were over an hour late past the party starting time, but the company constantly communicated with me as they were trying to locate the missing driver (later discovered he had gotten into an accident). They dispatched a different driver and sent DJ Lou to stay for the whole night to run the system (The DJ was not part of the contract) and he was FANTASTIC!! Everyone had a great time and we look forward to working with them again. Thank you Raymond, DJ Lou and NY Karaoke for turning around a bad situation and making it GREAT!!!!”

It’s 2 days before Christmas and there was no way I thought I would be able to make it to NJ to see family in a couple days due to pain and discomfort. She ordered X-rays, examined me and prescribed 2 medications that have miraculously took away my pain in less than 24 hours! Dr. Plummer is so pleasant, knowledgeable, comforting and down to earth. “We found this spot on Google and so happened friends recommended their beef chow fun, so we came to check it out. The beef chow fun is good, has strong “wok-hay”! But the dim sums were mid. The shrimp dumpling (har-gow) was not good… the skin was mushy. The chicken feet was bad… way too much pepper and not what we expected. Their HK milk tea was solid! So go for the HK Milktea and Ice Lemon Tea for sure. The service was good without being over bearing; which is awesome. If you’re around Albany, for sure give it a try!”
