“I came here for a prenatal massage. The Spa was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I was given a paper to fill out with some medical history and personal info. I'm 33 weeks pregnant so I appreciated the precaution. However, when staff came to get me for my service, the paperwork was not reviewed and was actually left on the side table I was sitting at. I had to give it to the receptionist after my service. The room was clean and comfortable. My assigned Masseuse did ask if I was having any issues during my pregnancy but again, she did not review my paperwork. She was informative, friendly, and I appreciated that she didn't ask me the million questions one gets asked during pregnancy. I was allowed to relax in silence, enjoy the massage, and even dozed off a few times! I enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend this spa. I would love to give 5 stars but the lack of attention to my medical paperwork they required me to fill out, especially being so pregnant, is a concern and should be addressed within the staff.”

“Northeast IS has one of the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. The small business I work for purchased a NEC phone system from Northeast IS over 10 years ago. To this day when I call for assistance I still get phone support w/o charge. Many of my other vendors would use the fact that it is an older system to charge for the phone support or justify service calls when the issue could be resolved with phone support. Northeast IS sends service technicians when needed and doesn’t when they are not. I would recommend Northeast IS because they are good at what they do and are easy to deal with in general.”

“When we were looking at venues for our wedding, we knew we wanted more of a country style wedding, but with modern amenities. One visit to Appel Inn made us sure that we wanted to host our wedding there. It is a beautiful property with a creek, lawn, and nice deck that guests can meander through. The covered creekside ceremony space let us have our outdoor wedding without being worried about rain ruining it. The gathering space is warm and inviting and the air conditioning was key on our 100 degree summer wedding day. A story that speaks to Laurie’s willingness to go above and beyond is when it came time to button up the bride’s bustle on her dress. The design made it difficult to find the correct buttons and loops, but Laurie patiently worked on the dress until it was correct. Laurie and Gerd are there to make your big day go perfectly!
