The new lobby is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, the staff is always helpful, and the walk up to the hall is easy. The hall, itself, has amazing acoustics and has a bunch of small tokens/Easter Eggs that you can catch about the designs and the whole procession of the concert. (i.e; the twinkling spherical lights that have their own little show before the real show) And of course, the NY Phil never fails to deliver an exhilarating and unforgettable performance every day.”

Don has always been caring and empathetic. Brittany his secretary has always communicated very professionally. I only have great things to say about this place. We are grateful to have such kind and caring people that take care of our son's needs as he has been wearing SMO's since he was a toddler. He is now 14 and still sees Don all this time. “Amazing service. We had an older furnace that would not stay lit. Called one local service company that did very little troubleshooting, suggested replacing the filter, then simply said " cant fix it as parts are not available ".(then offered a full replacement of course) ... Gerry showed up 3 days later and fixed the furnace in a couple hours - now that is a true and competent hvac tech. Thank you Gerry, we will call you for future hvac needs.”

Personally, it was a very difficult decision to start sending my daughter to daycare, as I always thought I would be a stay-at-home mom. The reality is that I am a full-time working mom with a lot on my plate, so it's important to me to feel confident about high quality care for my little one to be loved, nurtured, and to receive age-appropriate education and socialization. At EduKids Williamsville, she receives all of that and so much more. My daughter absolutely loves going to "school" every single day, which is a testament to what a wonderful place it truly is. “I want to express how appreciative I am of the Madison York staff, and to highly recommend them to anyone seeking an assisted living community. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency exceeded expectations. When I recently visited three weeks ago with an elderly family friend who needed a new residence, we were hopeful but doubtful. Given the urgency of her situation, that if she liked Madison York over other facilities which we had visited, we did not know if she could then move in as soon as possible. Owing to Madison York’s responsiveness and expertise, they were able to expedite my friend’s admissions in a little less than two and a half weeks. In the meantime it took, we toured Madison York, interviewed with their staff, and finally unpacked and moved in. We discovered an overall quality experience. They are centrally located off the Grand Central Parkway and Long Island Expressway and offer useful parking. The building’s modern design itself blends into a cozy atmosphere, while the elegant bedrooms and common areas (dining room, library, and TV rooms) are well maintained. Food service is great also as they give ample food that’s fresh and wholesome. However, beyond all this, what stands out are the positive experiences with the highly effective Director of Community Relations, who made it at all possible; with the thoroughness and compassion of the Nursing Staff; and, even the friendliness of the other residents which altogether was welcoming of us. In conclusion, our impression of Madison York is that of a diverse and well-cared for community served by unmistakably dedicated and competent professionals.”
