When the bulb needed to be replaced (after 10 years), I took my machine to Quilters Corner in Ithaca (where I bought it and where I used to spend lot of money). They put the wrong bulb, the piece holding the bulb melted when I used my sewing machine, and the "Quilters Corner technician" COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. They told me to buy exterior lighting alternative I AM NOT KIDDING. Then I drove to Doctor Carl's Sewing Machine Service and, for a very reasonable amount of money, they repaired it and it works like a charm as well as before. I am SO thankful.”
