We are seafood lovers & tried ahi tuna cooked to perfection & their clams & mussels in garlic, butter, & wine sauce over lingiuni! No leftovers... Their soup choices & salads were also impressive. Glad we went for a fathers day dinner. Great choice and will definitely return to try other items on their menu!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Paul Hite when the town required a survey before putting up a fence. I called him a year prior to the tentative fence installation, and told him that I was in no hurry. He ended up finishing it the week it was needed, so he definitely cut it close, but did an excellent job, and it cost less than anyone from out of town, since they all likely to charge for travel time. An absolute pleasure to work with as well. Towards the end, he had Jason join him, and they made a great team.”

“One of the most important lessons you learn in life: if you want to be physically strong, you also have to practice balance and calmness with your mental health. Hands of Hope Physical Therapy (Jackie, in my case) understands this so well, and this has been the best experience for PT I’ve ever had. From the stretches and the conversations, I leave feeling happier and stronger. I always feel a great sense of zen when I enter the office and start my session. It’s also always a pleasure seeing Janet. She is always extremely kind and helpful when I’m doing my exercises. They provide a really calming atmosphere so you can work on what needs to be worked on with as much comfort as possible. Not only did I feel so much better after only my first appointment, I also felt at peace, and I continue to make progress that I did not think was possible. Truly feels like a tight-knit community/family. Everyone is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a place that has it all, and I like it so much that I would travel for hours just to come here over going somewhere closer. “The Wind Rush Cottage is open year-round and I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Chautauqua. The décor is charming, the rooms are comfortable and clean (looks like they've been remodeled very recently), and the shared sitting/dining room is perfect for getting to know and enjoy the company of the other guests. The owner, Betty, is very sweet. My room, on the second floor with a queen bed, was very spacious and included a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a screened-in porch which opened to another porch overlooking Simpson Avenue. The location can't be beat. There's also a shared kitchen, A/C, and laundry. What a great find. This is the kind of place where you don't want to leave, but you can't wait to get home to write a great review. Thanks Betty! Five stars plus is definitely very well deserved!!”
