I shopped around looking for a specific spout for my bathtub — the part was on a massive list of Delta back-orders that weren’t being fulfilled until next year. This was the ONLY plumbing supply showroom in all of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester that had this spout. Their price matched online prices including tax and the items as packed perfect and never opened. I walked in five minutes before close and they sorted me out in 10. 5/5 stars for service. 5/5 stars for showroom. The showroom is WILD. They had faucets I’ve never seen before of varying quality. I would say this business carries more high-end items. A true hidden pluming gem. You would never know how massive of a showroom it is for the location.”

“I am an older gentleman and desperately needed to use the restroom. Maulik a.Vyas was on duty at the time and allowed me its use. I was in extreme need and he showed me where it was. The restroom was very clean up to Covid standards with soap dryer and facilities in good working order. The store proper was clean, well stocked and all shelves were straight and neat. Proper signage was in evidence. The floors were clean and uncluttered. The grounds were also free of debris and clean. Mr. Vyas was extremely courteous and polite and should be given a raise. “Followed my stylist from another location. Easy to get to and provides ample parking. A little cramped at first compared to where I had been going which was large and very open but now I like the smaller cozy areas compared to the more open, white and sterile feel of Maegan's prior location. Wouldn't have sought out this location 40 miles from home but Maegan, my hair stylist, an expert colorist is worth the trip! I'm complimented on my hair all the time. I tell everyone who does my hair and where the salon is located. It's a shame people do not want to travel for quality service. Maegan is wonderful!”
