“our instructor was absolutely incredible. I was worried about taking such a long class but the hours completely flew by. She was so easy to listen to, so we’ll structured, informative but also personal. She made me feel like I have nothing else I need or want to research. She also made me feel demystified by the entire experience. We did talk mostly about best case scenarios - labor / birth going relatively smoothly, but that’s honestly what I needed to hear about. How it can go smoothly and then of course the scenarios where it doesn’t, without dwelling on them. It was totally empowering and made me feel like I can do this and made me excited (again and no longer scared) for what’s to come. I really couldn’t recommend Ceridwen and citybirths enough. “Our family was fortunate to be introduced to Stuart Austin during one of our darkest times. I was the scaredest I had ever been in my life for my son and Mr. Austin put me at ease, explained the legal situation and made me feel that my world wasn't coming to the end. When my son was incarcerated, he thought it was the end of the world for him and he didn't know where to turn, but Mr. Austin put his fears at ease and was able to get him to communicate all his problems in order to help him get the best plea bargain possible. We had spoken with others who made us feel they couldn't care less, but Mr. Austin treated my son and I with the utmost respect. No question was too small for him to answer. It is a small, family run business operated by a husband and wife team. Literally a “mom and pop shop” located on the same property as their home. Over the course of nearly 6 years I have personally purchased two vehicles from them, my two adult daughters have each purchased vehicles from them, and we have referred several friends and acquaintances who have completed used vehicle purchases as well.
