He was able to answer all of my questions and provided several different options, detailing the differences and determining specific parts that will meet my son’s individual needs. He walked us through the entire process, including working with my son’s physical therapist to ensure the justification letter was detailed and included the relevant information needed for timely processing. “Probably a great store when it's open, but the store really needs to try to keep to its schedule or posting to its FB at least 1 hour before opening that it will be delayed etc. Etc. I know it's a hobby and not life and death, but it reflects poorly on the store, company and brand. I saw 3 people drive up and leave frustrated while waiting.”

I WILL HONESTLY SAY THE ENTIRE STAFF AT DEPAULA FORD LLC COLLISION ARE THE AMBASSADORS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. A lot of companies should follow their example. For all the needs of repairs to your vehicle after an accident I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. And also there is an old school rap artist that works there and is cool about talking about music.”

“The guys at Ben's are very professional and humorous. The place needs a touch up but the guys maintain it. As for haircuts and shaves, they get it the way you want it. However, they recently changed by appointments only. So call ahead to make sure they have a spot but it does affect walk-ins”
