“Working out with Jacob has transformed my body. I used to have a pretty average body, but in the past 6+ months together I'm starting to develop actual muscle definition, I've gained so much more stamina, my mood and energy levels have dramatically improved, and my confidence has skyrocketed. Jacob has a very personalized approach and designs your workouts around your specific fitness goals. I dream of having that Captain America punch that could knock out Hitler, so he put together a boxing workout that started with basic form and now has me pulling off sick 6 punch combos. Jacob pays attention to how you're doing on a moment by moment basis, and is fantastic about pushing you just as hard as you can safely go but pulling back when you're hitting your max. I used to think I'd hate having some personal trainer barking orders at me, but Jacob is so friendly and supportive to work with that I find our sessions to be very collaborative. I definitely know I don't get these kind of workouts on my own. Lastly, as a comic nerd, I also love the decor in his gym. “Excellent bike store. Matt knows bikes and treats his customers like family. We bought two beautiful Aventon e-bikes from him two plus years ago. We loved those bikes and took them to FL with us on vacation. Unfortunately, someone stole them off our car's rack (even though they were locked). We called Matt, he provided us with the serial numbers right away as we were speaking to police. Thanks to our insurance coverage we were able to go back and buy two new ones today. Matt is always excellent to deal with and I send everyone I know his way. He also gives back to the community. Thank you, Matt!”

What I remember is that the Garlic Knots needed a little more garlic and salt. One thing I liked about previously living on Long Island is how the water there makes the dough taste better. Amazing though for me to see that the Knots picture is my highest viewing picture at over 368K views since posting it, but back then they weren't the best part of the meal. The best part is the atmosphere and location of the restaurant. We miss and still love Northport. Even after living in Colorado for the last 22 years, when we get back, we come to Northport to eat, socialize and enjoying the local establishments. “Was lucky enough to be in the city to see the Tulip Festival. Absolutely beautiful…. Over 10000 tulips with so many beautiful colors. On display until mid May. If you get the chance it’s spectacular. The gardens are privately owned and run by volunteers. Many nice events here like concerts, opera Shakespeare festival and more.”
