I recently had occasion to have my daughters car brakes checked at Stearns Ford. She is a student in College near the dealership and I am 5 hours away. I could not believe the kindness and honesty. We got an appointment quickly, they looked at the car timely, it was all good and did not need anything and they did not even charge for their time. I was blown away by this! They did not know us and we had not been regular customers, they were just as nice as they could be. I highly recommend them.

Overall the purchase was stress free. I didn't feel pressured. My salesman - Matt and the sales manager patiently worked with me to come to an acceptable deal. Everyone was courteous and professional. Definitely would purchase another car from Stearns Ford.

The salesmen are great at this location....not pushy but pushy enough. I love my Mustang!

Absolutely love my ford edge. Absolutely love that they was able to deliver to me at my home. During this time with covid I don't get out alot. And yes, I had to keep my PJ's on, just to say I bought a car in my PJ's. Would recommend this dealership to everyone and John Fender as your salesman. They will work with you as much as they can and make every effort to do the deal. I am 100% satisfied
