Thank you Buddy for all your help getting us a bed frame. It was a great experience and ALL had mask on for our safety. The adjustable frame definitely helped me with being able to adjust head and feet to ease my RA pain.
Slept all night last night and could walk with ease this am. :)

First thing first, buy your next mattress here. After going to three other mattress showrooms with pushy sales people my wife and I were getting tired of the same cookie cutter mattresses at high prices. Many of those mattresses priced over $2000. We had then decided to go to the sleep number store, but soon found out that it was closed. So we decided OMF was our next stop.
We were initially greeted by a very friendly sales person who saw within a minute that w weren't into being sold to. He then patiently waited until we asked questions. We found out that all OMF mattresses are made locally (Raleigh), and that they don't make it until we order it. Also their fees for delivery, setup, and takeaway were FAR LESS than those other mattress stores. Oh here's the best part. The TOP of the line matress set (king mattress and box spring) was less than $1200. #customerforlife

When you are looking for a new mattress I hope you are fortunate enough to stop by the Original Mattress Factory. We shopped around and found the prices at the Original Mattress Factory beat the President’s day sales at the other places, also the delivery fee was about $65.00 less. Bonus, Buddy the salesperson was not fake, or pushy. He was easy going, friendly and sincere about his job. The mattresses at the Original Mattress Factory are made in Raleigh, which is totally cool, and you cannot beat the warranty. One more thing…When was the last time you got a letter thanking you for your business? Buddy sent a post card thanking us for buying from the company. It referenced some conversation we had while in the store, so I know it was not just a generic card. Now that’s some wonderful customer service. P.S. take the time to listen to how their mattresses are made, it will not take long and is worth the time.

We just came in for a mattress for my daughter. Unsure as she hadn't ever purchased new. I can't recall the fellow who assisted us. He IS the person they have though! First, I love that they had little "bun" mattresses by each regular sized one! You could see how it's made (Locally!!!) Second, a plastic covering so you could lie on bed to test it. Third, at no point was it any type of hard sell!!! We did purchase (on 6 month same as cash finance, that you would have to have fair credit rating for) Delivery at small charge optional. I'm certain they make each for each customer, as we purchased on 9th, available to us on the 21st. Excellent product, great knowledge by this gentleman, and can hardly wait to pick it up on the 21st. Well recommended.
