Fidelity Bank

Staff is very thoughtful and kind. Atmosphere is well lit with some amenities while you wait, clean restrooms, and great use of all space that I could see. I didn't have to sit in a room with a table in my face while I waited...it was folded up on the wall like a Murphy bed. How nice!

Anyway, everything was clean and actually "smells nice in here...like sanitized but with something that makes it pleasant smelling" were my exact words. I couldn't place the odor, but it made me think "clean". You couldn't hear animals in the waiting area except if they were in a room next to you or came in the front door.

My mom's kitty is still there. He has so far received excellent care and the vets have been very communicative and have explained everything as do
any staff you ask a question. Kitty will remain there a bit longer and hopefully return home feeling improved.

Our baby girl 5 yr old shih tzu became sick unexpectedly Oct 2022 (2 weeks ago), we rushed her to the hospital and they took good care of our baby, ran test, xrays, etc. We had no idea this would be our last time spent with her. Unfortunately she had to be put to sleep, it was a very hard and difficult decision. The staff was very caring, passionate and thoughtful. They provided us with a case (small fee) with her paw print and a place for her picture. They also sent a sympathy card which meant a lot to us. We highly recommend this animal hospital.

Wonderful clinic and staff. So caringfor both the pets they see and their humans. Very upfront about prices and detailed on what they are doing for your pet and after care instructions for when your pet is ready to go home as well as the medicine their sending home for your pet. I arrived frantic I was going to lose my sweet cat and went home calm and relieved that my cat received the best care and was breathing better (through his nose not through his mouth).

We unfortunately lost our beloved dog very suddenly after he collapsed.. but we ran him into the clinic within minutes and they tried to bring him back to us. They were very urgent and caring even with us being in shock and inconsolable. They also did not rush us at all while we said our goodbyes. Although it’s all been a nightmare, I’m comfortable knowing they really tried their best for him and took care of him after he was gone.

Fidelity bank in Burlington is by far the best! Everyone is so personable & welcoming! Catherine will go out of her way to make sure all of my questions are answered & that all of my business and personal banking needs are met! It is refreshing to have a bank that I can trust to have my best interest at heart! I highly recommend them!

She is an asset to Fidelity and provides the kind of customer service and attentiveness that all of us wish were the rule and reality with/of all companies! High quality and professional. I usually deal with Sharon Oakley, my experience with her and the team at Fidelity bank has been warm, friendly and professional, which is very hard to find. There is no automated system, I live kind person is always there to help and the way they conduct their selves is personable.
