My girlfriend uses this place for her Volkswagen. The owner is very helpful, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. If I can't fix it, I take her car here.

Evan is not only an excellent diagnostician and mechanic, he’s also a most helpful and good guy. On at least two occasions, he really helped me out of a jam, and since there was a time crunch, took pains to cover several possible bases (with extra parts ordering) in order to get my Eos quickly and accurately fixed. And his prices are entirely fair, to boot!

Evan replaced the transmission in my 2005 Golf 4 years ago and he recently did a timing belt service. I live in Durham and brought the car to him based on my trust that the repairs would be completed better than any other shop closer to me.

Evan the owner is very knowledgeable and easy to approach. The price that he charges sounds reasonable too. At least comparing with other places in the area that work on German made cars. The previous owner of my Audi TT told me about this place and I don't mind driving from Chapel Hill to his shop to get my car serviced. His quote for replacing water pump and timing belt on my car is less than half of the dealership is asking me.
