I can't say enough good things about Josh, Randall and the rest of the team at Convergence. Our home theater and automation had been plagued with problems for the last several years. Randall came in and gave us clear options and a timely estimate for the work. The workers in our home were prompt and clean. Josh and Randall communicated and coached us well through the process- rectifying any of the small punchlist problems quickly. We now have easy to use Control4 home automation and after 6 months of use could not be happier with the value of our purchase. We actually just had Convergence return today to add integrated speakers in our home office. The experience again was top notch. We will definitely be using them again.

We have used the Convergence Technologies team for years for all of our A/V needs at our 3 restaurants, where we cater in part to the sports crowd so we have tons of TVs but we also attract private and corporate events where we need to make sure that we have audio visual support for events that must be flawless. The owner, Josh, is a pleasure to work with and blows away the type of service we'd get using Best Buy (we've gone that route in the past). He is super knowledgeable--we've never had a request that he didn't have plenty of options for us on how it could be implemented. Strongly recommend you give them a try if you've got personal or business AV needs.
