This company is awesome to work with ! Ordered metal roofing (and accessories) from Rainline a couple of times now and they have consistently provided excellent service and products as promised. Most recently we had an issue where a contractor incorrectly measured a roof which meant that the project was going to be unexpectedly delayed into bad weather--not good ! Chrissy was able to have her team expedite the manufacturing of the metal (they were already busy but managed to fit the job in regardless) so we were able to complete the project before the rain came. This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated in these current times. Thank you Chrissy and Rainline for having good, solid, old fashioned ethics and great customer service !!

This is a professionally run family business. They produce quality products on time and accurately. Now that we have done some business together they bend over backwards for our building company every time that we need them to.
