Tina is an absolute rock star! We spent about 30-45 minutes on the phone to discuss my family's wants/needs and budget for our vacation and deciding where to go and we decided on Aruba. Tina is very responsive. After our initial phone call to 'meet', all of our communication was via email which worked really well for me.

With all the new travel rules/requirements now with COVID still amonst us, I really appreciated the reminders and itinerary that Tina provided leading up to our trip (covid testing requirements, flight check-ins, and most importantly - to bring our passports!). We felt very safe exploring the beaches and island on our vacation.

We stayed at a condo across the street from Eagle Beach (recommended by Tina based on our conversation), and it was absolutely perfect! We had a 1st floor unit which led directly to access to the pool which my kids loved! We enjoying coming back from a long day at the beach to a quiet place, the pool was never crowded (a score for us).

All in all, we will want to come back to Aruba to visit again. So we are already thinking of our next trip to the Caribbean and will definiitely book with TLC Travels Tours & Cruises for our future trips!

I contacted Tina to handle my birthday cruise. She was very knowledgeable about all of the different cruise lines, and in the end I decided on Royal Caribbean. Tina was very professional, personable and accommodating. I changed the date a few times and she patiently priced cruises for us over multiple months. She responded to each and every text and phone call quickly. I loved the ship (Freedom of the Seas), the ports of call and the food! The shows on board were absolutely phenomenal. Departing from San Juan was an added bonus and Tina recommended several tours that made this a wonderful vacation. My sister and I highly recommend TLC Travels' Tours & Cruises, and will be using her to book our next vacation. Next time we plan to upgrade to a junior suite.

We booked a trip to Jamaica through TLC. I must say everything that she told us was true. She went over every detail. Made sure that we had all our reservations. Made sure we knew what time the flight was leaving and from where. We had absolutely no worries. This was a fantastic vacation booked through TLC. We look forward to using TLC in the future. I recommend her to friends as well.

TLC Travels' wow!!! TLC Travels' assisted in planning for me go my dream trip to Montego Bay Jamaica❤️ Tina is very knowledgeable and professional. Tina also assisted from beginning to end always willing to help in any way she could. We couldn't have chosen a better Travel agency. Oh my!!! and the resort, food was absolutely amazing and the staff at Melia' Braco Village.
