(October 4, 2022, 4:18 pm)Everyone that I interacted with at this company conducted themselves professionally, including Tony, who loaded me. For one reason or another, the first pallet didn't touch the trailer until I had been backed to the dock for 4 hours. However, when loading began, Tony loaded the trailer quickly, and I was gone in about an hour. I mostly blame Schneider for having persistent issues with freight. Steve S.
