Although you take classes that have anywhere from 8-20 people in them (usually) if feels like you have a personal trainer. I love the variety of classes they offer and the variety of times. The membership spans a variety of ages, genders and fitness levels, which I like. It is not an intimidating gym experience at all. Try a class for free...you won't be disappointed!”
