The therapist does a wonderful job of keeping me informed on her progress and giving me ways to help to help my daughter as well. All of the insurance was handled by speech stars so I didn't have to spend anytime making calls or dealing with the insurance company. Thank you to speech stars for making this such an easy process. “Chuck is a great psychologist. He's an older gentlemen and very easy going. I felt a need to write this review after seeing someone else's one star bad review. What that review describes is in stark contrast to my experience over the past couple of years. Chuck has always been accommodating and understanding. I too missed an appointment once. Chuck obviously wasn't pleased about it... I attribute this to him being a human. I would understand if he charged me a fee for missing subsequent visits, but I didn't miss any more appointments and nothing more came of it. I cannot speak as to what happened to cause that person to write a bad review. I can however inform you of my experience, which has been the exact opposite.”
