I had a wonderful experience with Click Pack Move. Suzy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Without her, I'm not sure that we would have found a place that would've checked most of our boxes, let alone all of them. She provided personalized recommendations based on our criteria, helped us set up tours during a tight timeframe, and overall melted away a TON of stress from the moving process. Definitely recommend for anyone relocating within/to the Charlotte area!
As of yesterday, I have my new apartment, thanks to Suzy. It has been a major life change for me and I cannot imagine going through this without her patient, kind, knowledgeable, help. It took me a while to get clear about a way to go but she never gave up. Thank you so much Suzy.
I worked with Suzy and she was absolutely great! I just plugged some info in online and she gave me a call to get more details about what I was looking for and started sending me apartments and rates (along with specials) that I would have never found on my own. She even arranged for someone to give me a tour after the office had closed as I was pressed for time! She was easy to communicate with through email, text, or phone calls and overall, a great help in finding an apartment.
We recently moved from Connecticut to Charlotte and didn't know where to start. Suzy took the time to understand our needs and worked closely with us throughout the entire process to help us find the perfect apartment. She was quick to respond to all our communications, often working with us late at night and throughout the weekend. She has strong knowledge of the area and was a delight to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone needing some help when moving to the area.
I thought that I could tackle moving while having 1000 other things going on and realized I needed help. I absolutely love this service.
