  Great gym If your looking for a more casual place to workout. Nice team of staff members and gym is always clean. The gym goers help keep this place clean too by wiping down equipment after using.

  I love this Planet Fitness. The people (staff and members) are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept, which I can't say the same for some of the other local Planet Fitness Gyms. The showers and locker room for the ladies are both very clean and nicely kept up with. I enjoy working out here. My only complaint would be it needs to be a bit larger. I think the membership number has outgrown the space. There is hardly any time to go, as a professional, that is not busy. However, even as it's busy, you are still able to work on the equipment without standing in line.

  This is my local Planet Fitness the staff is always Pleasant and friendly. Environment is inviting ladies locker room it's always clean. I really enjoy going to this location

  I travel for work, so having my pf membership has been ONE OF MY BETTER DECISIONS... All locations are generally well kept, clean, and properly working equipment. The Concord location is my home pf location and I like it there....
  Although I have one concern I'd like to bring to attention. There was a 3rd shift employee by the name of Jacob, he was always upbeat, friendly, constantly busy helping members and if he wasn't with someone he was cleaning and stocking the facility. Late night or 4 am workout for me was always made delightful. I knew with a sense of consistency that going to the gym would be the easiest part of the day.... I knew the machines would be cleaned, the paper towel and sanitizer bottles full, the toilet paper full, I wouldn't have to stand at the counter for tanning or hydro beds because he did everything in his power to keep ALL GUESTS HAPPY ALL THE TIME.
  
  That consistency is now gone.....
  I asked the front desk what was going in there, where is the usual employee that's here.....
  I was informed he was "let go".
  
  As a guest of this location on a regular basis, sometimes twice a day... As well as a business woman, and 10+ years in management CAN NOT UNDERSTAND how such a superb employee could be "let go".... I would give, and have given raises and bonuses to keep employees like this on board. It's difficult to find someone who works hard, without managers breathing down their back! In a franchise where a salary can't support a family, you can't expect people to work like they make 6 figures. YET, that young man did!
  My husband is a general contractor (manages for a living) and he and I seriously joked about offering him a job in construction just to have the passion in his work that Jacob showed there at Concord Planet fitness. I do not know the employees personal situation as I may never know what happened in reality. I couldn't let it go unsaid.. . If that employee didn't walk away with an excellent reference than he must have been treated unfairly. It's not likely to have left a job that you loved for no reason. If he was "let go" the person who let him go will sadly suffer the consequences of a missing link in his or her "business chain". I've found that it's always best to work with the people of value. Turn over, the training process, The unhappy members, etc., are all worth avoiding for a hard working employee.

  First of all, the fact that they are 24 hours is amazing. The people that work here are very friendly, and they’re very good at maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. It’s not as expensive as some other gyms can be which is a great thing as well.
