  We all dread going to the DMV/ Tag office. Why because we stand in line for hours and the workers are rude.
  Not at this location! They were extremely helpful and so pleasant, they smiled and treated like you mattered. I renew online but because they were so amazing here, I will come back every year just to make sure this location stays in business.
  Thank you for a great experience, not all Tag office are horrible. ????

  I was told that getting my car registered in the state of North Carolina was going to be a NIGHTMARE. Could not have been further from the truth. I walked into their offices on a Thursday morning and was walking out of the door SEVEN minutes later, tag in hand, receipt for the glove compartment, ready to roll. Brandy took EXCELLENT care of me--professional, knowledgeable, congenial. If you're in need of tag/plate business, I HIGHLY recommend going to the Concord License Plate Agency. If you're lucky, you'll get Brandy. Though, to be fair, all the representatives appeared to be giving outstanding service to clientele.

  The computer systems were down when I tried to go earlier today. Came back a little later, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Brandy was extremely helpful and friendly to work with. A painless DMV experience like this deserves a glowing review. Thank you!

  My husband and I recently moved back from California and needed to transfer our tags. One car is a lease, one is not. The two times I had to go in for each car took close to an hour, but Stella was fantastic and helped me get everything I needed. She seemed to actually care about getting the right information so I wouldn't have to go back, she even double checked a few things she wasn't quite sure about. The only reason I give four instead of five stars is because the other woman I worked with briefly at first wasn't that great, she was very blunt and not very friendly. But Stella was phenomenal.
