This was the best car experience I've had , Beecher , his brother, and father are the epitome of customer service. There was never a moment where communication wasn't first priority and I must say the warmth and appreciation here exceeds any other dealership I've purchased with .
Beecher's attention to detail and his genuine approach to sales is lacking in today's larger , commercial lots. I definitely will be back here in the future . -

(October 26, 2018, 6:00 pm)Exceptional service! Yesterday i called to see if they could replace 2 tires. They didnt have my size in stock but were able to order them and put them on my van the same day. As I was on my way back with my partner to pick up the van, our car stranded us 3 miles away. We got the car towed to CTR and even though they were closed we were able to drop off the keys to the car so they could find out what was wrong with it this morning. They diagnosed the issue (alternator) and had it replaced the same day, along with repairing another smaller issue. I spoke almost exclusively with Jay, but every associate we came into contact with was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this shop!!!

(October 1, 2018, 10:35 pm)Stopped in for a flat repair and was taken care of in no time. The staff was friendly and when I realized I needed a state inspection also, they were more than willing to accommodate during my visit. My first visit was a success.
