(November 15, 2017, 9:31 am)Shine Wellness is my "go to" place for massage. I have used many Groupons for massages and have lots of comparison. Chris is very knowledgeable, sweet, kind and professional! I have been seeing her for several years and she is definite my favorite.
Yesterday I had my first Raindrop therapy. If you have never tried this... oh my goodness! Wonderful!
Chris' knowledge of nutrition is also boundless. One day I hope to join one of her classes!
I consider Chris a friend! -

(November 14, 2017, 11:29 pm)I have visited Chris multiple times for deep tissue, lymphatic and Rain Drop Technique massages. ALL of her methods are relaxing and beneficial. She has been able to relieve many of my lymphedema symptoms, for which I am very grateful. Chris is gentle and caring and always makes me feel comfortable. She is also an excellent nutrition counselor. I often recommend Christine to friends for massages and health coaching.

(August 9, 2017, 10:08 pm)When I first met Christine, I felt as if I had known her my whole life. She is a loving soul and intelligent teacher/coach. I was resistant to sign up for the Restart Program, knowing I may fail due to busy life circumstances. She knew I was having inflammatory health issues and needed a huge reminder of how diet plays a key roll regarding illness. She suggested the Transformation Program, which involves small manageable changes. I was not ready to give up a glass of wine or birthday cake cold turkey! In 4 sessions, I am not only changing my diet, such as letting go of sugar, bread and chips, but understanding why I REACH for sugar, bread and chips. Her tough questions lead to soul searching, which motivates change. She holds me accountable without judging. The program includes much more than nutrition...addiction, self sabatage, feelings....she focuses on you as an individual. I'm thrilled Christine is helping me to feel empowered to be my best self! I must say, I wake up grateful everyday since I started the Transformation Program. Thanks Christine, I love you and I love me :)
