  Every visit is a great experience! They recognize me before I sign in. Glenda and team do all the hygenist stuff so efficiently and comfortably, and remember things about my personal job and family. Dr Z is professional and friendly. The staff updated my new insurance info instantly. Everyone has been wonderful for all my years.

  The folks at this office all get a five star personal rating. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. I am 77 years old and have been a steady patient there since they first opened. Needless to say I have been more than satisfied with my care.
  We were kidding last time I was there and looking at my long list of medications. I told them I might die, but I would have great teeth!

  I recently had a crown installed - and, seriously, it was one of the most pleasant major dental procedures I've experienced. Dental Assistant Jessica was a difference maker! She was warm and friendly throughout. She clearly outlined the treatment plan and answered all of my questions before we began - so I knew what to expect. And she expressed her desire that I remain comfortable and pain free throughout the process. To ensure this, she kept checking on me and provided excellent, cheerful care. Dr. Chi was gentle and professional, also communicating well throughout the process.
  
  I felt very much at ease in this dentist's chair. The entire crew there is warm, helpful, attentive and professional. I can't say enough about Zsambeky, Chaney & Associates! Great job!

  Ernie Vincent (Patient) - Procedure was 2.5 hours as appointment time length told to me several weeks ago. Dr. Chi was very focused as she had to drill a hole on a crown to get to tooth canal. Dr. Chi took her time while methodically drilling through the crown. Assistant Jessica and Dr. Chi were very concerned about my comfort throughout the procedure. The procedure was painless and went without any complications. My experience was very positive and would highly recommend Dr. Chi and her office to anyone
