I researched reviews online and decided to go with them to have 3 trophies made for my husbands youth basketball team. Every step of the process was enjoyable. I felt informed, valued, and appreciated. There was email communication between them and myself so I was not only aware of the status of my order but there was something in writing to avoid miscommunication. Im not familiar with the old owners but the current owners of this business get an A+ from me. Joy

She kept me up to date on the progress of my order and the creation and I am very happy with my end results! I will definitely use them again!
