  My husband and I were not in the market to sell our home when out of the blue one day, we received a call from Brian. We had hastily placed our home on the market 5 years earlier and had gotten cold feet. We took it off the market after only being listed for three days. Brian in doing his homework was following up to see if we would be placing our house on the market again. At that time, we were not even looking, but for some reason we kept Brian’s information handy. It was something about him that sparked our interest. Brian continued to check in for about six months. He wasn’t pushy always very professional. And then on that hot day in July, we stumbled across a new neighborhood that checked off everything on the list that we had been looking for. After a week of weighing the pros and cons, we entered into a contract to build our new home. As it was going to take some time, we didn’t want to rush to place our current home on the market. Still unknown to Brian, he continued to call persistently. We are so glad that he did because that is one thing that made him stand out over other realtors when we finally decided to move forward with listing our home.
  In interviewing Brian, he just blew us away with his presentation. He stood mountains higher than other realtors that we interviewed. After a week, we contacted Brian and moved forward with the process. And let me tell you, after placing our home on the market one day and receiving an offer the next day, that was a true indication that things truly happen the way the are intended!
  Brian was very professional and understanding of our needs and assisted us in being able to negotiate remaining in our home for two months as we awaited the completion of our new home. He was patient, attentive, always available to answer our questions, no matter what time of the day or night. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions while giving us his professional opinion. He delivered on the items that he promised he could provide and we are just so thankful that he found us!
  Brian is at the top of his game and if we had to work with him all over again, we would do it in a heartbeat! We have raved about Brian to all of our family and friends and would

  A good friend (who is also a realtor) suggested Brian when I asked for a recommendation. This was my first time buying a house by myself and Brian made the process so easy! He is very thorough and organized. He kept me on track and responded to my texts and phone calls very quickly. I was so impressed that he showed up at the closing to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Brian and Dreamline Realty!!

  There are not enough words for
  me to express how impressed I was with Brian. From the first day I talked to him till even today, weeks after closing, he always made me feel like his only client. Brian was always available anytime I saw a new home come on the market and available to meet
  almost
  right away. Sometimes he was ready to go see the property faster than I was, which is great in this market. The home I ended up buying was listed one Sunday morning and he had the appointment scheduled to view that evening and contracts signed that night.
  His whole team was amazing all the way down to the financing. I was always kept informed with very detailed updates and relevant next steps on what was going to happen next and what should be expected. In addition, he was always very courteous, eager, professional
  and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent, including all my friends and family.

  On the recommendation of a friend, I used Brian Taylor to help me find my first home in Charlotte this spring. As a first time buyer I was very nervous and had a million questions about the process. Brian understood this and went out of his way to answer each one. He was exceptionally patient as we looked at each house (and believe me there was a lot!) and did not rush me into making a purchase.
  
  Because of his hard work I was able find the perfect property for me. Brian walked me through the entire closing process in an easily understandable way and his support staff helped me stay on track with all the paperwork that needed to be completed. He took extra steps (such as engaging pros to answer questions, getting quotes on fixes, etc.) to ensure that I got everything I wanted and even took his time and money to address an item that needed to be fixed. In addition, his patience and skill dealing with the seller (and often delayed responses) was unmatched.
  
  I would recommend Brian Taylor and his Dreamline Realty team to everyone. He is a not only a true professional but great guy who cares about his clients. If you are looking to buy or sell a home you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
